Welcome to Datascopes.
I love writing . Through the decades, writing has remained a steadfast friend; I often had the fortune to spend ample time with it, and for periods at a stretch it was, sadly, absent, though not forgotten.
Writing takes its place alongside my other passions – family and friends, personal development, travel, skateboarding (and recently surfing as well), basketball, doing my best to be my best at the office, and lending a helping hand to those in need.
Given my love for writing and my profession as a marketer, it’s only natural that I joined the blogosphere in 2014. Enter Datascopes, which, as the subtitle suggests, is an exploration of the world of data – specifically data storage and, more generally, IT.
I hope you enjoy reading my blog as much as I do writing it.
If you’ve read up to here, you may be interested in my professional path. I joined IBM in 2011 and am a member of a very cool group of folks called the Market Engagement Team within IBM Systems. More details can be found on my LinkedIn page. Feel free to contact me via a LinkedIn private message!
